We have a new addition to the family and it’s a boy and his name is Jack and he is a teddy bear which is a shitzu and bichon mix. He is black and white and oh so cute!!! He is 7 weeks old and his birth date was March 16, 2011. We went and got him on Sunday and he is doing very well. The first night he started crying at about 1 am so I toileted him and then he continued crying so I put him in the basement. Last night he was a big boy and went to the bathroom at 9:30 at night and then he did not cry at all in the night.
Now the only thing that I am worried about with him being a boy is humping stuff. He has done a little of that already but I talked to the vets office and they said that he is just a puppy and he will get through that. We just need to redirect him and hopefully when we get him fixed it will help with that also. I talked to one of my uncles and he told me not to worry about it and that we will just love this new puppy and he is so happy that we got one for our kids. He has a shitzu and he said that they are great with kids and they are so much fun.
