Christmas is over....

Well Christmas is over and all went well. I was a little worried about if GW is going to be scarred for life. I found out on Christmas Eve that he asked Santa for a big red tractor and wagon, so he knew that since that was the only thing that he asked him for that he would get it for sure. Well guess what, santa did not get him a big red tractor. I think that this was one of my lowest points as a mother. I can't believe that I missed it, but when he went to see santa I was not with him that day so I did not bother to ask what he wanted because he is constantly changing his mind. So note to self for next year...take notes when visiting santa-kids do not forget anything.
Lou had a wonderful Christmas all the wanted was anything princess and believe me she got a lot of princess stuff.
Mae loved opening her presents. As soon as she saw wrapping paper she dived for it, it was so cute, she really did not care about what was in there though. In fact, she still has quite a few presents she has not even opened yet since she was napping during present opening time, I think that tells us she did not need it, but it was still a lot of fun.
Well, I had better go for now, Mae is wanting to be nursed before bed. I think I am getting to the end of my nursing career so I am enjoying it while I can. Except for in the middle of the night, I will let her have a bottle. Is that selfish or what. It is killing me she is 7 months and still gets up in the night. At least she eats and goes right back to sleep.

Well I hope GW isn't too heartbroken about the Santa gifts. I am sure that he got lots of other cool stuff that took his mind off it! They are so fun at this age aren't they? I didn't realize our kids were so close in age. Josie is 4, Katie just turned 3 and Owen is 18 months!!!

Yes he did get a orange tractor from his aunt and uncle and since then he has not mentioned anything again, but he doesn't forget a thing so I will have to remember next year to ask him exactly what he asked santa for and hope that it is not something huge...
