Sometimes my life is so hectic and my older kids take a lot of time that I forget that I have a little baby. G is busy with school, and he has homework or has to read us a book from school and that all takes time (he's only in kindergarten and he already gets homework). Lou is pretty high maintenance so she takes a lot of my time and Mae is such a good baby that it is pretty easy to just let her do her thing and go with it. I find that she showers with me just to save time, I don't carry her a lot cause she is so heavy so she has grown up that way, and she feeds herself cause I don't have enough hands. She has grown up so fast and she seems fine with it but it makes me sad to think that she is almost 18 months already, and I don't know where the time has gone.
The other night I gave her a bath all by herself and she was so excited to be able to play in the water all by herself and when she got out I put baby lotion on her, she was so excited to just have that time and attention. It has really made me think how lucky I am to have such a sweet little baby that is so good!!!
