Happy B-day Lou!!!

Today is my little Lou's B-day. I am so excited for her to wake up. She is also very excited for her big day. (I wonder if it is because I have been pumping her up about it for a month, I love birthdays). I had gotten her a princess dress, which I gave to her early because I had to make sure that it fit, and I got her some games to go along with a leapster that my mom had gotten her for her b-day. She will not get that until her part on Saturday. So I realized yesterday that she would not have anything to open on her actual birthday, so when we picked up R we made a quick run to Kohl's and I picked her up a couple of small things so she would at least have something to open today. Good thing I thought of it yesterday otherwise I would have fallen into the terrible mom category again. Although, I think that her favorite part of B-days is the cake.....she loves b-day cake and she loves to sing happy b-day, so maybe she would have been fine.
Last night went well for R's b-day party. Lou got a little naughty when we were at Kohl's and I gave her the guilt trip saying that she was going to ruin R's b-day party if she acted naughty. I made her apologize to R and told her that she must be good when we went to supper. Thank goodness all of the kids were pretty good at supper.
For R's friends party she had 3 friends spend the night at her moms and they went to chucky cheese. She said that they had a really good time and they did not get kicked out. You never know with crazy teenagers what will happen.
Mae is really wanting to get going I am thinking, still she has not rolled over but she has this new toy that you sit up in front of and play with all of the toys things on it and there are balls and she will try to pull on it to pull herself up. She scoots all of the way around on her bottom also when she is sitting up, and yesterday we stood her up in front of the couch and she stood there with her hands on the couch by herself for a long time. She is so cute, I will have to get some photos posted again. I need to take more photos, it seems like it is so busy and things happen so fast that I forget to grab the camera anymore, but I will work on that.
